Mount

Lily shaped part of a broken off, gilded bronze mount. On the broken off part remnants of the decoration on the mount can be seen in the form of lined depressions and punched circles. There is a hole for attachment at the pointed end. We do not know whether the mount was attached to an object or a garment. Settlement find, Norrtil, Sankt Olof Parish, Uppland. Loan from Sigtuna Museum.
