Capsule pendant

Gilded silver capsule pendant. The clock shaped pendant may have been a relic hiding place. An alternative interpretation is that it is a needle case. Floral decoration in form of a life tree. The object is Persian craftwork. Grave find, Birka, Bj 464, Adelsö Parish, Uppland.
