Arrow heads

Five iron double edged arrowheads. Effective in hunting since they can penetrate deep into the prey and the transverse edges mean that the animal bleeds to death rapidly. Transverse arrowheads are mentioned as Sámi in Old Norse literature. Part of a hoard find, Unna Saiva, Gällivare Parish, Lappland.
