Strap end mount

Rectangular silver strap end mount, partly gilded. The front of the mount has Carolingian floral decoration in relief. A thin silver plate is riveted onto the back. On this plate there are several small engravings, including two spears. Grave find, Birka, Bj 750, Adelsö Parish, Uppland.
