Pail

Wooden pail with bronze fittings and bronze handle. Even band mounts were wound with wave shapes along the outside of the pail. The Irish style decoration indicates that the pail comes from the British Isles. Grave find, Birka, Bj 557, Adelsö Parish, Uppland.
