Amulet ring

Flat ring of grey soapstone. Traces of wear from a cord show that it was worn as an amulet. Runic inscriptions on both sides and along the outer edge. The inscription is somewhat damaged and worn away by the cord, and perhaps purposefully obscured, but on the one side which can be read is the name "Botulv, followed by "... made..." Stray find on agricultural land, Vidj Farmstead, Övergrans Parish, Uppland.
