Vessel

Large red-brown pottery vessel with strongly profiled, outwardly curving rim. Stamped decoration just below the rim. The only vessel of British provenance, Lincoln Ware, hitherto found at Birka. Grave find, Birka, Bj 369, Adelsö Parish, Uppland.
