Shield boss
Iron shield boss with gently sloping brim. Four heavy iron rivets have been used to connect the shield boss to the wooden shield. The conical top of the boss has been split, either deliberately or during battle. Grave find, Bengtsarvet, Sollerö Parish, Dalarna.
