Ring brooch
Silver penannular brooch with niello details and cuboctahedral terminal knobs. Around the upper side of the ring curl two snakes, whose coating is done with the help of stamp decoration of diamond shapes with horizontal edging in a zigzag pattern. Both snake curls finish with double, narrowed snake heads down towards the terminal knobs. The terminal knobs are decorated with crosses and the six sides are divided up into triangular fields with circle ornamentation. The hooped pin fastener is decorated with three triple borders and dot circles. Part of hoard find, Sigsarve, Hejde Parish, Gotland.
