Rune stone fragment

14 red sandstone runestone fragments. The fragments were found on two different occasions, in 1970 and in 1971, in and around the ruins of Össeby Church. All the fragments were found in walls and rubble in or close to the ruins. Eight of them have inscriptions, while on the others only parts of the decoration are visible. At least five of the fragments are probably parts of one and the same stone. This fragment was found in a recess in the wall of the sacristy and bears the inscription: '…-vid and Gunnar had this monument made…' Motif: runic animal Pr 5 (part of head and body). Össeby Church Ruin, Össeby-garn Parish, Uppland.
