Equal-armed brooch

Gilded bronze equal-armed brooch. The short ends are shaped like two bird heads with downwardly inclined necks and strong beaks. The three circles were originally included, with disks of either bone/antler or enamel. The brooch is Irish in origin Findspot unknown. Part of an old private collection.
