Lead object

Piece of lead with impressions from multiple stamp testing on both sides. The stamps come from the mint of Olaf the Swede in Sigtuna circa 1000–1020. The pieces of lead may be interpreted as direct traces of coin manufacture in Olaf’s mint. Settlement find, Urmakaren, Sigtuna, Uppland.
