Ski

Wooden ski with raised footboard. Fragmented. The point of the ski is shaped like a nose, decorated with pits, joined together with arced lines. Behind this there is a braided pattern which fills out the point of the ski but which changes into four pairs of lines, which continue along the upper side and edges of the ski. Stray find, discovered in a bog in Bastusund, Roneå Parish, Norrbotten.
